Bill and Rebecca discovered these homes in 1997. They were in desperate need of some TLC. With craftsman's vision Bill the builder went to work and transformed them into the wonderful homes they are. We hope you come to love them as much as we do.

We chose the town of Seaside because as far as beach towns go it has a lot to offer. We often times hit Safeway on the way in and park the car and walk the rest of the time we're here. In the morning you can breakfast at pig and pancake and for lunch and dinner there are numerous possibilities. Each home has the list of some of our favorite places to dine. It's nice to know you have options from fine dining at Ambosia's to authentic like Lil byou, and of course loads of burgers and pizza spots. Let's face it everyone likes to eat!

On vacation it's great to have choices; Seaside has an abundance of recreational options. Here is a short list: Aquarium, Arcade, bicycle rentals, bumper cars, carrousel, golfing, and miniature golfing, hiking, kite flying, movie theatre, paddle boats, sand castle building (our personal favorite), shopping, and surfing. This town sure is fun!
